Breathwork Packages
Each experience offers a unique connection and blend of practice to meet you on your journey
Transformational work through Embodied breathwork (rebirthing breathwork) and spiritual psychology. Diving into shifting our limiting beliefs, unblocking the places in life we feel we get stuck in life or just to move through something deep down we know we are ready and feeling called to change. Restoring a sense of connection to the infinite and to a sense of deeper alignment with self. Creating more meaningful relationships to others and life.
Each session is unique and catered to the individual. I may also use sound healing, energetic work or hands on body work to assist through the session.
A full 8 - 10 breathes is a traditional program which will be completed in the 3-4 month Full Breathe container with 8 sessions and support throughout the 3 months.
Can be completed online or in person.

This is for those that would like to go one session at a time. A personalized session that will be either 1.5 h - 2 h in length. A combination of discussion, breathwork, movement and body work if needed.
