Over 5 days we move through a method designed by myself to stir up and dissolve any blocks with in the body & mind and AWAKEN to the MAGIC that is within and all around us. Special designed journals, a connection to ritual & practice will help us along the way to create a deeply aligned RESOLVE and set goals for the year ahead. Weather you are new to practice or have been looking for that spark this is a retreat for everyone.

This is a short 5 min walk from the main house. Please email options for cost of partner or small family to stay. This private villa is separate from the yoga house so it is possible to enjoy a family Retreat while enjoying the yoga retreat!
